Candice Holdsworth

About me

I am a London-based writer and broadcaster, where I live with my husband and three children. When I was a child I moved with my family to Johannesburg for 11 years, and returned to England when I was 18 to go to university.

In my professional career, I have written for and appeared on award-winning shows and publications: Spiked, TalkTV, GB News, the BBC, The Spectator and The Sun. I am a frequent guest on GB News, Plank of the Week and the Spiked podcast. I have an undergraduate degree in History and Politics and an MSc in Political Philosophy.

I am fascinated by people, ideas, technology, and how all these interact. I am also deeply passionate about free speech and have debated and written lots about free expression in the social media era. Please check out my archive on Spiked and The Spectator.
